Real lamb rather than gyro factors into it, but I understand the bemoaning from all.
Can't wait till the market bottom falls out (Read: world crisis) and it will cost 20.

You gotta be shittin' me.....11 bucks??? I love kwik meal but F that.

I wonder if fahima next door with its real lamb also raised prices.

This guy is a crook.
He pretty much exposed his thieving ways in his sign. Do the math.
This is the same guy who charges you more for a combo... Being that chicken is a few dollars cheaper than lamb, the combo should be priced in between the all chicken & all lamb dishes.
He has also given me back the wrong change a few times. Count your change, you don't want to pay more than $11.

Quality of the lamb sucked last time i went... felt ripped off at $8 for a lamb pita... def not going back for a $10 lamb pita.

LOU: Don't want to hijack the thread, but you said that Previti Pizza often offers $6 for $10 deals. Where can I get that?

Living Social under their instant deals... everyday... Ive never NOT seen it when I wanted it. In case it helps I use the iPhone app in particular.

Went by Kwik Meal today for my Friday salmon over rice (they didn't have fish for the second straight week, but that's another conversation) and saw a sign on the cart bemoaning the increased price of lamb.
Lamb pitas are up to $10 and lamb over rice is up to $11. So there is now a street meat cart that has a primary menu item beyond the Midtown Lunch limit. Ridiculous.
