they're just lazy. it's not like they make a whole hog every day. roast pork belly takes about 35 minutes to an hour, tops.

I went to Kar Won today to try the Roast Pig over rice... unfortunately Kar Won said they generally don't have it ready right at 12:00 (I was starving and went right at 12:00) and asked if I could wait 30 minutes... I obviously couldn't so got the Ma pow tofu w/ minced chicken... which is actually really good...
