More pressing is why they parked in Newport...why?!

Someone told me Jiannetto's was parked in Jersey City today:
"Right by the Path station on Pavonia Ave & Washington Blvd, from 12:05 - 12:25. He said he moves a couple blocks over after 12:30 but he didn't say specifically, so I guess I'd have to hunt for it or call him if I wanted to go after 12:30. I asked him about the 20 min window and he was explaining to me how that's what the cops said, and he's new here so he doesn't want to take any chances."
I think some people mentioned being in Jersey... so maybe this is relevant.
