I got delivery from Indus Express on Monday, so they seem to be operating for now?

they told me it was an issue with high rent and they may or may not be moving to a different location nearby within the next couple of weeks

There is a huge "For Rent" sign in the window of Indus Express on 48th. Does anyone know what the deal is?
