Oh! I work at 54th and Mad.

I hear ya McPickles, my cold is going on it's 8th day. Pick up some Lemon Zinger tea, add honey and an extra squirt of lime/lemon for added vitamin C and drink that all day, avoid caffeine. Try to find someplace that has menudo, I wonder if El Rey del Sabor does?

its been going around all of the offices.
just down green tea all day.
-
get vitamin C drops. and try that new udon place on 47th place.

Ricola if you have a sore throat.
Lots of lemon & Honey fo' sure!If you want a good sweat, eat anything with a powerful hot sauce in it.

I usually gargle a lot with listerine. Especially if theres a sore throat going on, in which case I even leave a tiny bit more residue and swallow it to get the listerine to the back of the throat to kill off the germs. Since I started doing that a few years ago, I havent had a sore throat more than a day. It even wiped out my strep throat when I didn't want to take antibiotics.

I ended up slugging down a giant mug of green tea with honey and booked it over to Menchanko-Tei for the first time. A giant bowl of Hakata ramen (with an extra side of Japanese pickles, the name is no joke) totally did the trick. How can a gallon of ramen only cost $8.50? Keep the tips coming. I think this cold is hanging on.
Thanks everyone!

Hakata ramen is an excellent choice. I need to go back to Menchanko Tei again.
And whoaa with the listerine ingestion. A lil bit won't kill you I guess.
-
Yeah, we're talking the residue on the mouth. I'm not suggesting anyone start doing shots of listerine.
-
Did somebody say shots???

How do you people get sick so easily? I can drink myself into a coma, eat crappy food, and I still get sick once every year and a half like clockwork.
-
Obama will look after you all.
but may i suggest beachhams powers in a large single malt.

CheeeeEEEEse - I'm a fairly recent NY transplant. The proportion and variety of germs:people is still wreaking havoc on my system.

Guys. I think I'm getting sick. Help me fight it off. Who eats what to keep germs away? I'm a New Mexican/New York transplant and usually eat a giant bowl of green chile stew, so I'm not afraid of spice.
Help!
