I was at the halal cart at the SE corner of 52nd and 7th and saw them "make" their hot sauce. One of the guys took out a bag of red powder, poured a bottle of water into one of the squeeze bottles, poured the red powder into the same squeeze bottle, and shook. Voila. I always assumed these guys all made the hot sauce in a giant blender in some warehouse in Queens. Anyone ever see something like this?
