SitRep: The gate is still down this afternoon.

I peaked under the half-shut gate yesterday, there was a yellow DOH posting hidden behind it. I'll totally go back as soon as it reopens.

DOHed twice a year, whether it needs it or not.
"C" means "satisfactory", right? RIGHT?

Just tried to order from Hing Won and apparently they're closed. The woman I spoke to said that they're "fixing the gas pipe." So that's either legit or they're trying to raise their "C" grade.
Luckily I decided not to go out and buy my lunch in person, or I would have been really pissed. I ordered from Hop Won instead, but be warned if you're in the Rock Center area and craving Roast Pig Over Rice.
