Hill country in madison park???

I just heard that Hill Country set up a stand in Madison Park. Not sure what they are serving but will try and find out. Anyone hear of this?

    Overpriced tiny assed samples for $8, like at the Big Apple Barbecue.

    Just got back. The Hill Country stand is set up b/c of some music event tonight. I got a $6 jalapeno cheese sausage. I think they also had ribs and bbq beef. IT was pretty much exactly like Big Apple BBQ.
