Went to a 4th of July BBQ and had the most amazing Kalbi with daikon and wrapped in butter lettuce. OMG, it was to die for!! Also had shrimp skewers, grilled gypsy bacon with Kimchi. And beer, soju and jello shots. Life is good. Right now I'm having an afternoon cocktail and waiting for the homemade nachos to cook in the oven. Tons of jalapenos, cheddar cheese, red bell, refried beans, garlic.... drool!

The wifes philly cheesesteak....made with very good welsh mountain cattle sirloin.....then she slaps cheez wiz all over it.........it really rather good.
She may get some action this evening.
