I can't vouch for the other offerings, but I ordered cow tongue and indeed got cow tongue! :-) -
I'm curious to try scorpion and cricket.
Is Zimmern behind this?Do they sell the beer to wash down all this stuff with too? Stay thirsty, my friends.

i had the cricket last week, and it was all chopped up. not crunchy at all. it was fine. mostly just tasted the sauce.
i also had the tongue over the weekend, and it was tongue. sold out of the scorpion both times i went.
be advised that they are very mini (think 2 bites).
no beer, but you do have to be 21 (they carded me once).

I had the Ostrich today on 38th bet 7/8. It tasted like lamb.

There is a Dos Equis truck parked on 48th between 5th and 6th giving out free tacos right now.
Look for a red Feast of the Brave truck.
The choices are quite interesting...
scorpion (sold out!)
cow tongue
veal brain
cricket
ostrich
There are there today until 2pm, but maybe before if they sell out.
The truck is rolling around NY until May 7.
