I remember that article. Nice blast from the past.
I wouldn't rank Sammy's Halal so high anymore though. Especially when you can't eat their food for 3.99 these days. -
i remember this article too.. and i remember saying to myself.. "i MUST find this rice noodle cart in chinatown!!!" i dont think i ever went looking for it. :\

Oh I have my preferred rice noodle carts in Chinatown but they are a pain in the butt to get to... I should do a rice noodle cart roll...

monsterrrrr if you go you have the opportunity to get two birds with one stone. rice noodle cart and some gooey beef over rice.
and since a lady shouldn't have to eat alone... ahem... we should all go.
