That sounds great..I actually read Robert Sietsema's write up on a fish sandwich for 4 bucks in Harlem and wanted to check that out: http://www.villagevoice.com/2009-05-13/restaurants/servants-of-fish-a-taste-of-seafood/

I've been to the Harlem joint and it is good, but nothing special and doesn't compare to what we have in mid-town vis-a-vis Kim’s Aunt Kitchen Cart and the Happy Well Being House Cart

Last week I grabbed a White Fish Sandwich from Cafe Zaiya and it was really good. The fish was cold but it was still tasty. Today I was at Cafe Zaiya and they had just brought out a tray of fresh sandwiches - the fish was still warm. THIS was by far the best fish sandwich I have ever had. The fish is perfectly deep fried and not greasy. The bread is awesome (as you would expect from Cafe Zaiya). The tarter sauce is rich and chunky. And the lettuce and cheese are a nice touch. Now the best part.... it's only $3.75! It's not a huge sandwich, but coupled with a $1.95 tempura Onigiri, it was the perfect lunch for $6.
I only wish I knew when they fry up new batches....
