I was there today, Sept 8th around 12:15pm and some co-workers went with me. There wasn't a line at all, and although they told another customer they were out of pastillo, they had everything. I asked the guys how business was and they told me, aside from Thursday of last week, when the ML lunchers cleaned them out, they lost quite a bit of money with the whole vendor dispute and this week wasn't looking great.
I don't want them to leave and I don't think they have any intention of doing so, perhaps another rally is in order?
Side note: I did slightly confuse them today by ordering only bean and cheese tacos, which are not on the menu and when I am normally asking for either chorizo or chorizo and egg tacos, enough said. The bean and cheese tacos were delicious and they put on a particularly spicy sauce that complimented my homemade albondigas soup (with pork of course) perfectly.

I work in Times Square on 42nd & 7th - I ate at El Rey del Sabor on Friday and it was awesome. Despite the all too familiar hustle for location - they are there today and looks like it will be full time, 7 days a week.
