Fish eyeballs are cool, though there usually isn't much to eat. I love fish cheeks. Then I discovered I like pretty much any animals cheeks; when I see your kid and tell you how I just want to bite his cheeks, I AM SERIOUS. lol.

CHEEKS!!! Yellowtail cheeks might be my favorite thing I've ever eaten, and Blue Ribbon Sushi makes them just as good as anywhere I can remember...mmmmm, cheeks...

Oh don't get me started on collars...the meat just disintegrates when it hit's your tongue, with it's oily and silky deliciousness! Dammit Yvo, now I'm drooling all over my keyboard...SO HUNGRY!

Or is it candied.. rose? either way it was preserved in like sugar and something that made it sour. it's delicious and isn't as perfumy as I thought it would be.
