Rumor has it that a mud truck employee down by Wall St. is totally drunk right now, corner of Wall & William, right outside the 2 stop. According to my friend,
"The guy is bombed! He kept bumping into things and yelling at girls walking down the street, calling them a bitch if they didn't respond..."
Perhaps Downtown Luncher Daniel can get a photo, or some audio? Anyone else?
