downtowners can go to midtown, especially since one specific downtowner asked MLers to go downtown. :)

lol! I totally did not, 1849 was suggested and I agreed. Plus that is SO not even Downtown, that's in between!
Also, this isn't a request to HOST a DL HH... this is requesting DL start the Happy Hour posts like Mamacita does, except for downtown :P

Y'know, that's not a bad idea. We've got a couple of boozehounds in my office as well that could benefit from a column like this. I'll talk it over with Kevin and let you know our thoughts. Thanks!

Monique asked me a really good question... is there going to be a happy hour column for the Downtown lushes? Just curious. I think she has ideas for places too! *ahem maybe she should be the DL HH correspondent...
