Indeed, but as the youngest (ie Mom was already tired from dealing with the older two and their habits), and severely underweight, the policy was "Give her anything just so she'll eat."
I requested spaghetti every night for two years straight, or McDonald's. I hated, hated, HATED rice and Chinese food (on a lesser scale).
Now... stick some Cravings/Wah Mei pork sauce on it and I'll inhale it :)

lolol. severely underweight? damn. like anorexic?
such a healthy diet of pasta and happy meals.
i do enjoy eating pasta and fast food more than rice (esp. if i have to force myself to down it with vegs first)i don't know about the taiwanese pork sauce but def. shrimp w. lobster sauce makes the white rice go away. lol. there i go again with the take-out...

i actually ordered from pio pio riko in brooklyn since it's down my block. i don't think they're affiliated... ? it's a 5-6lb chicken :) and we had rice and beans

ah ok. pio pio isn't pio pio riko then since you said pio pio at first.
A REAL big-time eater can easily down a whole 1/2 and eventually work to a whole bird from pio pio. haha. -
Wow, a lot of responses to a thread I forgot I started haha. Didn't seem like anyone was able to confirm whether the tea egg is now included free.
I'm going again today so I'll try to find out what the deal is.

You can always ask on their FB fan page :) lol

I went again yesterday and tea eggs are still listed for $1 separately... definitely just got lucky last time. Oh well.

Probably a lucky mistake. Oh well. A free egg couldn't hurt them.

I just went to Cravings for the first time in a few weeks, ordered the chicken, and found a tea egg inside. Is this standard now, or did I get lucky?
