   I have a great cart idea that might work.
   I call it the "Midtown Lunch Presents..." cart. Each week, a street vendor from not matter which part of NYC or anywhere in the world, who is unknown/known/well-known, will get a chance to show off to all of midtown what they got in a centralized location. The weekly cart vendor can be chosen by Zach and/or a poll on ML. This will force more vendors to bring their A game or for the newbies to bring something different to the table - hopefully sprouting more and more unique flairs to Street Meats. And with Midtown Lunch recognition, the vendor would draw up plenty of client-base for themselves when they go back to their own cart or trying to start one on their own.

   Just think of the possibilities with "Midtown Lunch Presents...
   Korean Tacos?
   Pigeon/Squab?
   Egg/Pancakes Breakfast cart for Lunch!?
   Cheap Chinese/ $1 for 4/5 Dumplings?
   How about a Paella cart?
   and so forth..."

   Yea I could use paella cart as a lunch option. Even if it is has to be arroz con pollo since seafood might be expensive...when it's fresh. then again, it's street food. who cares?

   I'm sure this cart would make headlines...for most unhealthiest. A "FRY" cart...all types of fried meats served over fried rice or fries along with fried desserts. Imagine corn dogs, fried chicken, fried fish, fried shrimp then top it off with fried ice cream, fried twinkies or fried oreos. For a snack, fried Snickers bar. The Frying could go on and on with anything...
