Chicken Salad

I'm looking for the best chicken salad in Midtown Manhattan. Preferably light on the mayo.

Any suggestions?

not really "midtown" but Jumbo Bagels on 57th & 2nd has a pretty good chicken salad. at least i like it. :)

i like blue flowers chix salad. you'd have to judge the maypo content. Also, the italian place in grand central market (is it citarella, cant remember) makes really good chix salad. shredded; white meat only.

I tried Blue Flowers. Was really unimpressed. Mayo tried to make up for dry chicken. The bread was somewhat stale.

zeytinz on 40th & 5th or cafe dukes on 41st & bway both have decent chix salad. both have veggies mixed in which i like. could use a bit of s&p but not too much may.
