I wish there was a penalty box to put mkim in for a few weeks just for mentioning Cafe Metro

their sandwiches suck, hard....

it's ok, if they are cheap, i'd still eat them..i am sure they are still better than Pret a manger.

Pret is better than Cafe Metro ANY DAY of the week.
You can't compare generic deli crap to organic/natural. Heck, COSI is better than Cafe Metro and I don't even like anything from there beyond their Cosi bread.

I usually don't go to genetic deli being a good midtown lunch fan but this special sounds pretty good. You get a full size sandwich, a can of coke and a bag of chips for $6.49 this month if you order online.
