it's been around for a pretty long time (mid 2009?). not an alternative to korea palace. korea palace is definitely better food. i've only had it once, but i pretty much decided after my first bite that it wasn't worth it with korea palace so close.

the lack of korean food... or good korean food in midtown (without paying $15 for a damn kimchi jjigae) is really really annoying...
-
i wholeheartedly agree.

The food is ok, but it's way overpriced (though so is k palace). I don't see this place staying in business for more than a few more months.
-
I would love a boonshik place around the neighborhood (midtown east preferably)...
how do you explain boonshik in English.... -
korean fast food? hmmm interesting.
-
53rd and?
-
thx

I miss the okinawan Suibi that it replaced...bitter melon, tofu, eggs, + spam ftw.
-
spam makes so many things so much better. yumm.
-
i know some ppl that can just pop open the can and dig a spoon into the spam (w/o cooking it)... i love spam.. but i can't do that... spam as soju anju ftw..
-
spam musubi. spam kimbap. spam in kimchi fried rice. spam in kimchi jjigae. grilled spam on the side of rice with some kimchi and seaweed. *drrrrrrrroooooooooooooool*
