you can get haggis from here too.

mkim - please refer to the overview section on the about link at the top of the page :)
(my friend and I walked past st andrews and kept walking since it exceeded the midtown lunch price guideline :p)
-
hey, aren't you the guy who can afford $40 grain??
-
prato, HB Burger is topping out the price guideline. Burgers are usually kinda expensive anywhere you go....sad burger belly is sad.
-
Yeah, HB and Prime are on my list.
mkim, "can afford" and "will gladly pay" are two separate concepts.

Adam did you edit your original post to say "considering midtown lunch price guidelines" or was that already there? I'm just curious about the progression of this conversation.
-
Nope, that was the original post. Like I said, we walked past St. Andrews (and Rosie O'Grady's, O'Lunney's, and some other irish pub next to St. Andrews). Finding a burger in midtown is easy. Finding a "midtown lunch" burger, not so much.

So I'm free to say grumpily "Why don't people read?" :)
(Statement, not a question.)

Inspired by TGI Friday's bait and switch today, I was curious if anyone had a recommendation for a good AND cheap burger in the area between 42nd and 50th st, between 5th and 7th Avenues (considering midtown lunch price guidelines).
