I guess you all suck at pulling pranks. At my age, it's too easy to pull the "I'm pregnant/engaged" one, especially because people actually believe you and then feel sad when you say no, nope, actually, nah.
I'm not that good at practical jokes though... I always take it too far.

These were a long time ago.
1) Filled a coworker's cubicle with boxes and wrapped all his office stuff with yellow "Caution" tape.
2) Hid the one working monitor to the computer amongst a myriad of non working monitors.

changed around the letters on my boss's keyboard when he's a picker-typer, i.e. can only type by looking at the keys.
