Their white sauce is almost all mayo. Their hot sauce is a Morrocan hot sauce, harrissa. Not sure what their version has in terms of ingredients but I imagine it is something like this:

Maybe he's allergic to the lamb meatloaf or their chicken?
Like Goats said, mayo based white but the hot sauce isn't really a harissa like Little Morocco. It's their own spicy concoction. Too much heat for their peppers made you break out? No clue. Go see a doctor.

Does anyone have any idea what goes in this particular batch of sauces? I am somewhat concerned that this food unfortunately caused me to develop a severe rash from what Im told is a food allergy... Only ting I ate that i dont eat usually was this stuff... painful to say cause i love this place, but that might have been my last of it. :-(
