just kidding. a full meal for $5 is better than subways because after tax and a drink, u end up paying eight bucks for a footlong.

um, Subway's does do breakfast. my fav. sandwich is their steak, eggs & cheese hero. good stuff!!

One of the penny stocks I own, Big Apple Bagel, does breakfast for subway in a number of locations, but I don't believe they do NY. The ticker is babb.ob if anyone is interested...

This dude gave me a flier yesterday for a new generic deli Mustang Cafe 22w 38th street. Not a place we normally would care about but they are doing a $5 lunch special all week- make your own salad or buritto w/lemonade, sandwich w/chips or cheeseburger deluxe w/soda for $5. Its too far for me to be worth the walk but if your nearby its a good deal. They also have 99 cent breakfasts, egg and cheese, bagel with cream cheese etc.. this week.
