Their Buffalo Chicken Steak is great. I don't really like it when it's a cutlet. They do it like a chicken steak sandwich, but with hot sauce and blue cheese. So it's really juicy. But for some reason it left A LOT to be desired. The chicken was too finely chopped, dry, and the ratios were all off. (The Pookie, on the other hand, is pretty killer)</p> <p>Slightly skewing the topic, but by far my favorite in Philly was from Mina's on Ridge in Roxborough.
