The enchilada from Rosa was a bit too spicy for my liking, but still, pretty good. They say it's freshly made and refilled weekly. I know I am committing blasphemy by even asking about microwaved food from a vending machine, but sometimes I can't make it out for lunch. Has anyone tried this stuff? </p>
