The first time, I lucked out and got a cart that served whole chunks of lamb (in the Financial District, love it), so I thought that's how it always is. I went to 53rd and 6th and had the usual l&#38;c over salad, extra extra hotsauce. I always get this. My coworker went with me. I got sick, he didn't. I'm not sure if it was the flushot or the cart. Considering my coworker didn't get sick, I think it was the flushot.</p> <p>That said, the worst illness I ever got from eating out was after having a cuban sandwich at The Coffee Shop in Union Square.
