Not sure what happened, but I feel like the food at Pita Grill has declined since they opended. The servings are getting smaller (the salads are tiny for the price), and as opposed to the begining when the food was truly very tasty, it seems that there is less attention be paid to the quality (sauce glopped all over the platters, bland potato sides, missing bread with orders, etc). Its too bad, because I used to got there once a week and now I've pretty much stopped going.

I eat there often and I think that the food is just perfect. It is healthy and delicious. The food is nothing like what they used to serve at the Pump. It is a whole new concept and a different menu. You have a lot more options to choose from and if you like healthy and delicious food you should check it out! I highly recommend it.

Dig Inn is just the rebranded name for the Pump. If you went to the pump after they got rid of the pre-designed plates and moved to the steam table/chipotle style set-up, the food hasn't changed. Overall its pretty meh. The spicy bison meatballs are decent although not particularly spicy. And then you get 2 or 3 meh sides which create a garbage plate of sort.

When I was in Japan, McDonalds sold a shrimp burger...as well as a Teriyaki burger (which was a sausage patty brushed with teriyaki sauce). Both were disgusting. However...a SPAM burger is something I could get behind.

TIL...
spam = email
SPAM = processed meat.
