		<description>A colleague and I had the Gouda and a small Spicy Tomato Bisque.

The sandwich was thin but wide.  Very good, crisp bread.  I suspect there was a touch of added salt.  I have a very high salt tolerance and it was almost too much.

The sandwich was slightly creamy and very tasty.  The bisque gives a first impression similar to marinara sauce until the chili kicks in.  It&#039;s a tasty soup that pairs very well with the salty sandwich.  On it&#039;s own it would not be my first choice.

With the soup my lunch came to $10.50 but I feel like I got good value.  Though I enjoyed the Gouda I would absolutely go back and try a different sandwich.</description>
