		<description>Amazing 66 on Mott Street does something similar for dinner... They take an entire chicken, de-bone it and stuff it full of sticky rice.  It ends up being fried rice wrapped in fried chicken skin.  I had it for Chinese New Year... it was heaven on a plate!</description>
