I wouldn’t call ISE excellent, but its osusume is pretty good, esp. given their price range.

Personally, I think Tabata has way better ramen than Tsukushi. Esp. their hiyashi tan tan. Awesome!

What? Tsukushi? It’s a very well know place to any Japanese food lover. I wouldn’t call it a hole in the wall either. But I agree that its ramen is better than Men Kuitei.

It’s definitely not Rio & You. Rio & You is relatively nice decor wise and you’ll never see a cash register covered in plastic there.

It’s probably not Iroha or ISE, they’re below avg.

It’s down to Ariyoshi,Riki or Donburiya.

This place definitely caters to regulars and if there were an influx of new people, it just wouldn’t be the same.
