The plate wasn't as orderly as the one in the picture, but it was to my benefit. I think they scraped out the pan on my plate. I loved it! The pastitsio was thick and flavorful. First introduced to me by my Greek friend's grandma. Delicious layers of pasta, bechamel, and meat. Uncle Gussy's version was enjoyable enough and though it to be tasty. I would go back for it.
