VIDEOS: The Origins of Trini Paki & Eggstravaganza
Only two days until the Vendy Awards, and longtime fans of the event might have noticed there is one thing missing… videos! Every year the Street Vendor Project releases videos of the finalists and we got our hands on them. After the jump hear Fatima Khan talking about the origin of the Tini Paki Boys Cart, and Arturo Macedo talking about how he turned a normal doughnut cart into a breakfast eggstravaganza!

This years food vendy awards should be for hard working all around season food vendors trucks….not like SouvlakiGR truck that only come out to show off how fancy their truck is and scam all other vendors that work all season for a hard workmanship. SouvlakiGR the only reason they will try to win is because they know so many people from the vendor food business. They are not legit food vendors……They should be eliminated from these awards.

Last year the SouvlakiGR truck won the Vendy Rookie awards and they did not have a food vendors license. And now again they are competing for the Vendy Cup without anyone being licensed. It is very unfair for all the participants who have licenses.

NO….. SouvlakiGr did not run over my dog, but they are serving up dog food…. If you really wanna try real Greek food you should try UNCLE GUSSY’s Truck.

After seeing this I went to try to eat at the Trini-Paki for lunch today. I went to 43rd and 6th, and it wasn’t there! Where did it go?
