At Lunch Now: Rain Can’t Stop the Line at Num Pang
As promised Num Pang (on 41st btw. Lex+3rd) officially opened to the public today, and from the looks of things not even rain can keep the people of Midtown East away from Cambodian sandwiches. Meat sandwiches seem to be more popular so they take a little longer, but they are delicious. I tried the pulled pork. Also, highly recommend getting the roasted corn as a side. You will look like a fool trying to eat it at your desk, but you will not be disappointed.
I’m in that pic! The line was long, but it went pretty fast. The pork belly seemed pretty popular. My coworker got the mackerel and he got his sandwich right away, but I ordered the pork belly and had to wait a few minutes for mine.
