Inside the cart was the owner and another guy but not the regular operator. Did you see the regular guy there? I will look today and see if he's back. If so, I imagine everything will return to normal. If not, and its just the old cart with different personnel inside, its no more than a generic street-meat cart I'm afraid. I stopped by as well.
