don’t know.. had their noodles twice before (not this particular one) and it’s really really sub-par… i mean… obviously miles and miles behind places like Men Kui.. but.. generic deli’s make better noodles…..

I thought it tasted great… really surprised how the sake blended nicely with the soup’s flavor (i’m not a fan of over salting). And the sake isn’t cooked into the food, it’s added on the top.. so it keeps it’s punch… making my day more productive :>

They use the hot sake and the regular is 3oz and the Super! is 5oz

I’d be down to try it sometime. The noodles don’t look that impressive though. Hopefully Super! Sake helped.
