I like the pasta here but it was super slow when I went.

I have had it twice and it is actually very good. It’s impressive to watch the guy make it. He actually adds the 7-10 ingredients one at a time to the skillet to great the sauce for each order (he can have up to five skillets going at the same time). The pasta, which has been submerged in boilng water while the sauce simmers, is added to the skillet last. Pretty impressive for s street cart.

Wouldn’t we be better off by going to a (non-chain) Italian restaurant/pizza place for a pasta take-out platter? Bella Napoli is right across from me and it’s fine. Or maybe this is because we are hard core cartaholics? (I had kati rolls from Meru’s Biryani Guys yesterday — no line at 1:45!)
