Tried the banh mi today. Delicious, but the roll was burnt. Is tasty, but not filling and not worth $10 IMHO. Also got a sample of the salty pistachio soft serve at Milk Bar and bought a compost cookie, both of which I did not enjoy.

I like the online ordering system.

I am still going back to try the other items on the menu. Love me some Momofuko and haven’t given up hope!!

Thanks for the intel this morning! Usually I’m a little behind on new places, but I happened to be meeting a client this morning and am so happy I took your advice to go by and check it out, especially before the lunch rush!

@avisualperson — It does say “Midtown” in Japanese and “Lunch” in English, which is confusing since it Vietnamese food made by a Chinese chef. Ah, America. Or whatever.
