Thank GAWD for a brief, although flash-in-the-pan, New Yawk City bit of wisdom: ” … artisan . . . Make it stop.”

I am awaiting the day that some New Yawk City blogger (like on SE’s) will try to convince the rest of the world that their last “bowel movement” was ‘Artisanal’ (no pun intended).

‘Artisan’, ‘mouth-feel’, ‘gourmet’, ‘upscale’, ‘dry-aged’, ‘black label’ — ad infinitum NYC bullshit — please, PLEASE make it all stop.
