I’ve had the Utsav buffet before. It’s okay. Not really like wow that’s totally worth the 25 bucks. It’s still a buffet! Food was decent but not damn I’m addicted now…

There’s a walkway between 46th and 47th, go down 46th from 6th ave and you’ll see it on the right, across from the biryani cart.

I was there recently and there was a small line that was moving way too slow, walked out, too bad, smelled good.

I’ve never been there for the buffet, but I highly recommend going there for pre-theater meals. One of the few Indian restaurants where food is a little pricier, but service doesn’t get sacrificed
