		<description>Mike, it wouldnt surprise me in the least. I think the schnitz guys would do well in a B&amp;M. Not sure if Cravings can since (supposedly/apparently) there offerings are pretty common in chinatown.

The only problem I can think of is I doubt any of them could do that in midtown due to the prices. Hopefully if they do decide to open up a B&amp;M they&#039;d keep their carts as well.</description>

Truck is a great way to build word of mouth. Truck all summer, open the doors in the fall. Sounds like a business plan. Looking at you banker cupcake guy.</description>
