The thing I find funny about that sign is that obviously a few people signed off on it just to get it made. It doesn’t look like it’s from a home printer or anything.

I have quite a collection of good “engrish” I’ve seen in Asia. Perhaps my favorite was a restaurant in China trying to advertise it had entered the internet age my naming itself “eating.cum”…
