Looks like Luke at Yushi pulled a wild card out of the deck of conveyor sushi … refrigeration. In the chaos that ensued last time I don’t remember anyone shouting “The sushi isn’t cold enough” and doesn’t sushi taste better when the rice is slightly warm?

…but we did say we’d give yushi the benefit of the doubt … I wonder if they rerouted the doohickey as well? The main problem I recall was that there was no efficient way to get the food onto the belt from the kitchen
