Looks like Luke at Yushi pulled a wild card out of the deck of conveyor sushi ... refrigeration.  In the chaos that ensued last time I don&#039;t remember anyone shouting &quot;The sushi isn&#039;t cold enough&quot; and doesn&#039;t sushi taste better when the rice is slightly warm?

...but we did say we&#039;d give yushi the benefit of the doubt ... I wonder if they rerouted the doohickey as well?  The main problem I recall was that there was no efficient way to get the food onto the belt from the kitchen</description>
