I wish delis that make deli burritos would use actual tortilla/buritto wrapping and not that generic sandwich wrap cafeteria junk.

Zach – have you tried the “build your own burritos/wraps” at the Bistro Cafe coincidentally located across from the Lexington Baja Location?

For people who are worried about “flacid burritos, this place lets you pile on as many items as you want into a grilled wrap for only $7.

They are definently fully stuffed (even if you don’t ask for rice and beans) with 4-5 meat choices (steak, grilled chicken, bbq chicken, shredded stew chicken, etc.) and a bevy of vegetable toppings (lettuce, peppers, onions pico de gallo, salsa, corn, mushrooms, guac, mango salsa, sour cream, tomatoes, etc.) and sauces (green sauce, chipotle sauce, hot sauce)

Though I am a friend of Baja (obviously), this place and entered my weekly rotation and could give the Fresh a run for its money.

I will not be eating there, unless it’s sub $8. 2 pretty good actual Mexican places near 40th and bdwy and that weirdass place next to Subway on 41st sells Mexican food also.
