Baja Fresh Opening in Two Weeks
Bret Thorn is reporting that the week of May 11th is going to be when the Baja Fresh on Lex btw. 45+46th opens for business. If you are as excited as I am, you’ll be marking this one on your calendar- although I’d recommend doing it in pencil… take the case of the new Crisp, which is now saying Wednesday is the big day. They were supposed to open the day after Passover.
