I just tried it out as well - fried fish and rice lunch box. Fish had a nice crunchy coating, which wasn't too thick and surprisingly not greasy. The fish itself was pretty mild, and definitely doesn't too much of a fishy stink (something that I was pretty worried about, esp being in an enclosed office). Generous portion of rice and slaw, this is worth every penny of the $6.

One of the better cart options out there. Certainly beats a dirty water Sabrett or mystery street meat from a Halal cart.

just gave this cart a whirl, and overall, not too bad for $6. i tried the chicken, tho a little on the dry side, had a nice char flavor to it. a colleague tried the fish and does seem like the better choice. the rice is VERY generic, and my colleague's potatoes looked a lot better.

oh, and not sure how "new" it is, but they are now offering bulgogi, the traditional korean beef dish. seemed like a bit of a wait fo that tho.

Just finishing up a lunch of the fried fish and the home fries, with hot sauce. Good, light breading on the fish -- not greasy, not fishy. The real star is the home fries - lots of green bell pepper, with actual flavor to the potatoes. They have one flat grill for the potatoes with a counter for cutting the fish/chicken, a deep fryer for the fish, a barbecue grill for the chicken (still doing samples), refrigeration, cold storage for the "salad" and I would guess the uncooked chicken, three coffee-style taps holding who-knows what... it's one of the more impressive cart setups I've seen.

Lots of food for $6. And the girl seems very nice.

"Well-being" or as Koreans pronunce it "well bing" is nothing more than the concept of taking things naturally, cooking naturally, and using fresh ingredients (i.e. "holistic"). I frankly hate the term.

I had the fish w/rice and salad w/white and hot sauce.

The portion was plentiful and the food wasn't half bad. No tomatoes in my salad. Like Zach said, fish was fried niceless and didn't taste fishy.

I'll go back to try the chicken and home fries to see if it can really compare to Carnegie John.

I also agree that the daughter is a cart newbie.

Just the name of this cart makes me want to try it just once before it closes.

It's sounds like the lyrics to a Korean karaoke love ballad that doesn't translate well into English, re: Brett karaoking "Happy Dance" on an episode of Flight of the Conchords.
