Just got back from the market. Bought corned beef brisket, cabbage, potatoes, bread and Guinness. I’m ready to make dinner. Maybe while the beef cooks I’ll head of to O’Conner’s for a pint :-)

I tried the Bouchon Bakery waygu corned beef sandwich this weekend. It was only $9.75 at the take out window. It was a good sandwich, but light on the meat and it tasted more like roast beef then corned beef.
