I, myself, am of Irish descent, as is my young and vibrant wife.

We do love potatoes and regularly drink to excess, but do not drench our food with packaged curry sauce, eat “prawn cocktail’ crisps or require our beef to be cooked beyond well done.

We also have excellent table manners, should that excite you.
