Last week I heard that Bobby Flay recommended The Lee Brothers Southern Cookbook as one of the only 5 cookbooks you NEED. I bought it and made a couple recipes. It's fantastic! You can make some great southern food at home. Also, their story is intersting. They are native NYers that went south. I have a different kind of BBQ recommendation.
